These gregarious marine birds are among the world's smallest penguins, standing about 20 inches tall. They have blood-red eyes, a red-orange beak, and pink webbed feet. Rockhopper Penguins generally live about 10 years in the wild. These penguins population is at-risk, some estimates say rockhopper penguins have declined by more than 30 percent over the last 30 years of the 20th century.
